At Pro Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your gear isn't hitting the right note, you can return most products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your Pro Audio account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a successful inspection.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
